These Terms of Service govern your use of the Renegade Muse website and store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Using the store
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information that does not belong to you.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Customers under 18 should use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We may refuse or cancel service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with the law or protect the store.
Products and visuals
Renegade Muse products are made to order. We work to present product descriptions, colors, sizing and design placement as accurately as possible. Screen settings and normal production variations may cause the finished product to look slightly different.
Some editorial or lifestyle images may be digitally created or enhanced to communicate the collection’s visual direction. Product pages provide item-specific images and details to support purchasing decisions.
Product availability may change without notice.
Orders
An order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
We may cancel an order because of unavailable products, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud or information errors. If we cancel an order after payment, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Please review your product selection, size, color and shipping address before submitting an order. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.
Payments are processed by WooPayments and participating payment providers. Available payment methods may vary by device, location and eligibility.
Promotions may have separate terms and may be changed or ended as permitted by law.
Shipping
Production times, delivery estimates, tracking and international-order information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Refunds and replacements
Because each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. Eligibility for a refund or replacement is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
The Renegade Muse name, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, text and other original content belong to Renegade Muse or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, branding or other intellectual property displayed on it.
Third-party services
The store relies on third-party services for hosting, payments, production, shipping and email communication. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Renegade Muse is not responsible for the content or operation of websites we do not control.
Store availability and errors
We may update, suspend or discontinue part of the site when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may correct inaccurate product information, prices or availability details when discovered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renegade Muse is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to the use of the site or products.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after an update means that the revised terms apply to future activity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
