Each Renegade Muse piece is made to order. Production and shipping are separate stages.
Production time
Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days after being submitted for production. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods or product availability delays.
Estimated delivery
After production, standard delivery is generally estimated at:
- United States: 2 to 5 business days
- International destinations: 10 to 30 business days
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, customs and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping costs
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on the products and destination. Items in the same order may arrive separately when they are fulfilled by different facilities.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Carrier tracking can take time to update after a shipping label is created.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Delayed or missing packages
If your order has passed its estimated delivery window, contact support@renegademuse.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and help determine the next step.
